In Inside Sales, you will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers—by phone, digitally, and in person. You will identify needs, develop opportunities, and actively contribute to strengthening our customer relationships in the long term. At the same time, you will support our team with your organizational skills in quotations, marketing campaigns, and sales management.

Your responsibilities as an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)
- You identify potential new customers and actively approach them – by phone and digitally
- Supporting and expanding our existing customer relationships
- Determining the needs of new and existing customers
- Selling maintenance contracts and supporting our resellers and system integrators
- Preparing standard offers, including calculations
- Participating in marketing and sales activities
- Supporting sales management and the field sales team
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Erfahrung im Inside Sales oder eine klare Vertriebsaffinität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Technisches Interesse und ein gutes Grundverständnis für PC- und Netzwerktechnik
